Saratoga Springs Villa v. Fort Wilderness Cabins????

Would really like your thoughts!

We need a place for the last three nights. On the day of "transfer" from GF to ??? we will be taking a day trip. So another split is not a big issue for us. We would still be visiting the park at least one of those days (since on the third day we will be flying out early). We need high speed internet and according to my research it is available (for fee) on both locations.

I like the SS because of the modern feel (v. cabins), but like the cabins because of how close they seem to be to MK; which would be the park we visit.

ETA: We would like to stay at a one bedroom type of room. A balcony would be nice since I am into "views" and dh and I could enjoy some alone time "seeminly" outdoors (and w/a view) while the kiddos slep. BTW, traveling would be DH, dd/5 (will turn six during our trip!), ds/4 and myself.

I think either would work for you - we've stayed in both places. The FW cabin is more private as far as neighbors go. The quiet can't be beat. But Saratoga Springs is also great - we like to be near Downtown Disney. As far as getting to the MK, SS is further away but in our opinion travel time would be just about the same (unless maybe you were renting a golf cart at FW). The longer ride from SS vs. the time to take the internal bus and then the boat are probably pretty even.

Both are good. We put the kids in the bedroom and slept on th eMurphy bed which was very comfie. Then we had access to the kitchen and living room. One big difference, the whirlpool bath at SSR-- That is nice.
