Wondering what this place is like? What is the pool like? Bus system? Is it a relaxing place?

We've never stayed there - but walked around the resort and played in the pool for a few hours. My kids loved the pool area! The zero entry pool was great, and the slide was quite nice - they liked it as much as the volcano pool at the Poly. There is also a small slide for younger kids, and the Donald splash fountain area. We found it very enjoyable!

I will be glad to let you know after the Member's cruise. :)

We loved it. I can't speak as to how relaxing it is when there are alot of people there, since we stayed opening week with only one building in use. However it is georgus. The pool is aalot of fun. Whether or not you stay in a studio or 1bdrm, I would say depends on how much you will need/want the bedroom door, full kitchen, and washer/dryer.

We just stayed there for one night 7/2 in a Studio and it was great . The CM's very nice, the building was awesome (we stayed in the newest one to open) the pool and slide were soo much fun!!! Bus service was pretty good - we had one longer wait but oh well it was 4th of July weekend

We stayed in June, We think this resort is very laid back and relaxing. The resort doesn't seem to be crowded either. We always had a table when went to breakfast. We were in the pool at night, not much during the day, but the kids 10,12,12 seemed to enjoy it very much. The slide was a big hit.

During our stay we felt we had up to a 15 min wait for the bus that we wanted, they were rarely crowded, but always seemed to have a short wait to get the buses back to the resort.

Hope this helps.

We found it relaxing. We prefer the 1 bedroom over the studio for the full kitchen and washer/dryer. The main pool has a zero entry area, 2 slides (one for little ones and a big one for the big ones), and a Donald Duck fountain area. We stayed in the Springs section near the main pool, but I do know that one of the quite pools has a view of Downtown Disney and I have also heard that it is very pretty and relaxing with a great view. I am sure others will chime in with more info.

Stayed there 3 times and each was relaxing! The last time was this month and we had a great time. DTD view is great. Can see the fireworks each night and the quiet pool in Congress Park is cool too. THe buses were better at the beginning before the paddock opened but they are still better than the regular hotels like AS and POR where it can take two buses to get on. Congress Park 2000+ is the way to go. CLose to the pool and to DTD
