The best counter service salad I've ever had was at Artist Palette. Fresh, crisp, and tasty! I'm curious what people would like to see on the menu there, but I'd sure hate it if they changed it to burgers and nuggets.
Completely agree about the Chicken Caesar Salad Mello and Sammie!!
When we were there in June, I didnt see it in the refrigerated case and started getting nervous that it was off the menu!
I asked the CM and she said "No Ma'am, we still have it, we just make it completely fresh now, when you order. They were getting wilty in the case"
I was sooo relieved and very impressed.
I was also impressed that when I had an allergy question about one of the Flatbread Specials of the Day, The Chef came out to discuss it with me. He was very concerned and handled me with care.
AP is not your average food court, the food is freshly prepared, and I like the personalized service. The breakfast pizza was really good, and Dh and the boys like the chili.
Last trip, we barely left the resort, and dined at AP often as the Turf Club was not open yet. I look forward to visiting now with all the enhancements. I think we will really struggle with our requests now! Congress Park or the Grandstand? Even the Paddock, Springs and Carousel will not be bad spots. As we slow down and relax more, we enjoy the views from our Villa the most. SSR offers many view opportunities for us, and now with the added food options and pools, we are really looking forward to our next stay. Come on waitlist!!
