If you pay more to stay in one area of SSR, isn't DVC supposed to offset that increase in points with an equal decrease in points at another area of SSR? How did that work at CP/SSR?

They created a standard view to offset which are pretty much equal to Old Key West which was a lower requirement then what SSR points were previously. The preferred views are a few more points required then what rooms at SSR used to be.

How come HH at OKW isn't more points?

Not really comparable IMO. Owners at OKW generally tend to be happy away from the noise and bustle of the HH area. A few owners prefer HH but in my experience, it's more the renters that want HH - not nearly the same demand as CP at SSR.

But I love the idea - I miss the 8 pt nights at OKW.
