Disney Springs Boat Service:

• Yellow route - Sassagoula River Cruise goes to and from Port Orleans French Quarter and Riverside from the Marketplace Dock.
• Green route - services The Landing to and from Old Key West.
• Blue route - services The Landing to and from Saratoga Springs Resort
• Red route - Disney Springs Water Taxi at the West Side Dock, The Landing Dock and the Marketplace Dock. Route is West Side, Marketplace, and The Landing. This route is open until 1:00am.

Last time I was there (april 2017) the disney springs boat only went to one dock. It was the dock by paridiso. Unless it has changed?

That's the Landing as noted in my post above.

If u want the market place you are much closer if you walk from the resort to DS.

So basically from SSR you will take the boat to the Landing, get off and get on a red-flagged boat that will take you to the Marketplace dock. To return from the Marketplace get on the red-flag boat and get off at the Landing and board a blue-flag boat.
