Saratoga: Difference between Standard & Preferred

We've stayed at Saratoga Springs before but now see there has been a change in room options to Standard and Preferred. Is there a map or guidelines to show me which building is considered a standard or preferred location?

Preferred is Congress Park and the Springs. Carousel, the Paddock and Grandstand are all considered standard.
