Saratoga - December - help please

Hi

We have always used our points for Otober (studio at the Saratoga). This year we hope to go December 22nd to January 14th. I have read some posts on here concerning day by day bookings. I have never had to do this for October during the F&W festival, I would really appreciate some advice on this as I dont understand - it is really necessary for me to contact member services every day for a December booking ?

I don't know if it is necessary, but for the new years eve, it might be. They sell out pretty fast. Better safe than sorry....

I would say Christmas too.

call MS the first day and ask them. they generally have an ideal how busy it will be at your resort.

if they say call every day - DO IT.

if they say you need to call only on these days - DO IT that morning if possible.

they are pretty good about determining when you need to call.
