Can't get the beach club villas for all the dates I want, it's a time when will be primarily doing Epcot. We will have a car with us but, which of the above makes more sense, if we want to use Disney transportation to Epcot?

I'm going to wait list the dates at the BCV that aren't available but am going to book something else in case it never does open up. Thank you!

Staying at BLT will require you to catch the resort monorail at the Contemporary and then change to the Epcot line at the TTC. There is no direct bus service to Epcot unless the monorail is down.

Saratoga Springs has direct bus service to all 4 major theme parks. There are a total of 5 internal stops at Saratoga Springs before the bus heads out to the park.

I might choose Saratoga. BLT requires the monorail, and the trip back in particular takes a long time. if you can swing Poly, that would be another idea (because you can walk from TTC rather than use the Resort line.)

Thank you! Just thought of Poly! Wasn't sure you could walk to Ticket and Transportation center?

Poly would give the "best" transporation otherwise SSR is really very centrally located and an easy bus ride to Epcot. BLT isn't too terrible going to Epcot even though you have to switch but it can be very long on the way back.

I am not so sure that the bus from SSR would be faster than the monorail from the TTC. If the OP is really only going to use the resort as a place to sleep, I would pick the resort with lower point cost.

How about OKW as an alternate?
It is closer to EPCOT than SSR.
Another option BWV, you can walk to EPCOT instead of BCV.

That's why we always stay at Boardwalk, love it and easy walk or boat ride to Epcot!

My brood loves riding the monorail, so we don't consider the trip back to BLT a big deal. Much rather have a bit longer monorail ride than having to take a bus!

Just stayed there with our whole family this past November for our first Epcot Food and Wine. It was about our 3rd stay at the Boardwalk. Love, love the location. But, don't like that the hotel itself has no amenities like restaurants, etc. Rely on the boardwalk for shopping and eating so don't get that resort/hotel feel. That's just my 2 cents.
