Ooooh, I forgot the Advent Calendar. We've always had them, and I've sent them off to university many years. Last year, I thought that I'd skip it, and I got some real attitude from my youngest. So, this year, she got the Lindt one.

Speaking of skipping traditions... Yesterday my 6 year old asked if I remembered the chocolate christmas balls Santa hides in the tree. Have you seen the 6-pack of brightly wrapped Nestle chocolate balls? Apparently he loves them because they have smarties in them.

And here Santa was not going to hide them among the tree branches this year! LOL - I didn't think he remembered these.
