Santa Goofy at Epcot

I just read an article about Santa Goofy at Epcot. I can't seem to find it again now, does anyone know about this? Thanks for your help!

I just read something on easywdw about Goofy Santa at DHS near the Osborne lights. Could that be what you are thinking of?

He hangs out at the lights. He is a set meet and greet with a very long line.

Santa Goofy can be found at Animal Kingdom, too.

After Christmas, he takes Santa's place at DTD.
