Santa at Disney

Is Santa Claus at Disney World? Where is he located? I thought I had read somewhere that there are different Santas in Epcot, is this true? We will be there Dec. 14-19.

In World Showcase each country has their version of ST. NICK and they have cast members tell holiday stories.

I have also read that he is outside of the World of Disney store at DD.

They usually have Santa at DTD but I am not sure of the times.

You might also find him at your resort. In Dec. 01, we stayed at CBR. On Christmas Eve, they had Santa, Mickey & Minnie and other characters at Old Port Royale.

They had Christmas music playing (with a tropical sound - steel drums, lol!) and other activities going on. I'm sure it was just Christmas Eve, but if you are going to be there right at Christmas, you could ask when you check in.

There is a Santa at Epcot next to the American Adventure (on the right as you face the building). He is probably the best Santa I have ever seen.

This is something very unique that wdw does during christmas. Besides having the American version of Santa Claus at the American Pavillion, at each of the other Epcot WS pavillions there is a Santa "type" person that will tell you his/her story. It's a wonderful thing to do because you learn about how other cultures celebrate christmas around the world.
