Ok here we go.

I am staying onsite for the first time in 17 years in September. We are planning on CSR from Sept 1 - 6 onsite and 6-9 offsite.
Here is the basic plan and I need some help, please.

Check-in midmorning Saturday Sept 1
9/1/07 - Epcot - Lunch CS? - Dinner LeCellier 7:30pm
9/2/07 - MK - CM 11am - Dinner CS (Ray's maybe)
9/3/07 - BBB/PPP @ MK - need some sugeestions here for CS in DD currently planned LLT Dinner
9/4/07 - Epcot - PSB 10am - CS late lunch/early dinner (Japan maybe?)
9/5/07 - AK - Lunch @ Tusker house/Asian place (if open) Dinner WCC (or should I do Boma - I have read some bad reviews about loss of interaction at WCC and poor food Quality)
9/6/07 - DS - Lunch Sci fi @ 3:30 - Dinner out of pocket.

That's it for the DDP options. Now I have 6 TS so I need to cut one out - which would you suggest and why? Also need the help that is bolded.
We have eaten at (of those I have listed) only LeCellier and Boma. Is there another place close enough to AK to try?

Thanks for all the help.

:thumbsup2

Whispering Canyon and Boma have equally good food, IMHO, and the cast interaction is wonderful at Whispering Canyon, so I wouldn't necessarily make a change because of what you've heard. Boma is very good though, so either way you cannot go wrong.

I'd ditch the character meal for breakfast, relying on dinner meals instead.

I'd like to hear more about Whispering Canyon, too. I've seen the same reports, recently, about the "toning down" of the server interaction.

Bicker, didn't you just say, in a recent thread, that you'd not been to WCC recently? Are you hearing that the interaction has NOT been toned down?

My suggesiton for CS in Epcot is Sunshine Season's...the food court in the Living with the Land building. They have a fabulous selection, and lots of healthy choices!

My suggestion for DTD CS would be Earl of Sandwich...no contest!

I have changed the Chef Mickey's to 5pm Dinner but I left the PSB Breakfast alone (I don't like the look of lunch). I love the suggestion of Sunshine Seasons and Earl of Sandwich Thanks!!
:cool1:

Great video of WCC, bicker, gives a really good feel for the restaurant :thumbsup2 I would love to have seen someone at your table order a LARGE drink or request catsup, though... :rotfl2:

Thanks for sharing bicker, looks like you had lots of fun wth the family.

One time when we ate their I left with a bandana headband with stras for feathers:rotfl2:

We were, unfortunately, seated in the back room, so we didn't a great view of all the fun. However, as you saw, our little ones had a wonderful time, anyway.

Here is a video of our most recent trip to Whispering Canyon, in January of last year:

Thanks bicker.

Unfortunately (for me), the rumors about toning down the interaction are much more recent...and seems to have occurred AFTER Jan '06 (which is when we were last there, too). We don't book our dining ressies til July, so I'm going to take a "wait and see" before we decide to book WCC again....if the rumors persist, I'll likely book O'Hana's, instead.
