DH and I did this today. Mixed review. It’s outside on a large covered patio at Three Bridges. It was only around 80 and the fans were going so it was pleasant. I imagine it could be different when it’s hotter. We got in line at 1:15 for 1:30 start. About 30 people already seated (had 60 total-sold out). It was so slow seating everyone. Took about 20 min for us to get seated. Upon seating everyone received 4 half glasses of different sangrias. Served also were some chips and guacamole. The “sangria sommelier” gave us a 30 min lesson on sangria. He was informative and enthusiastic. We then sat there forever waiting for the sommelier to take everyone’s individual “order” for the custom sangria each of us got to make. (You got to pick your wine and spirit for your custom one.) Then you had to wait for the bar to bring your custom mix to you. It seemed very inefficient and the 4 original glasses of sangria were dripping condensation and melting the whole time. A couple of women were there as singles, seated at tables by themselves. I felt bad for them because most of the time was spent just waiting. I’d say there was about an hour’s worth of content that took 2 hrs and 15 min. The 4 sangrias that were served were delicious and getting to make the custom one was fun. But overall it was super slow and a bit boring.

My husband and I had fun in December 2022. I think our sommelier was Tyler and he did a good job. Considering you have about 5-6 drinks in an hour or so you may want to plan your day accordingly. They did serve chips and guacamole but we walked to Rix after words to get something else to eat.

My DH and I had a great time and chatted with the tables around us. I want to do it again

We are considering Sangria University and have found this post as the most recent we could find.

We don't mind the "slow" part of it since we really don't want to drink too much too fast when the whole rest of the day is ahead of us.

We don't see any available dates over the next 60 days on the dining reservations. We would be going first weekend of May this year. Does anyone know if they still do this and, if so, why no reservations show up over the next 60 days?

We did it in January and had a wonderful time. Our leader was great, very witty and engaging. It wasn’t completely full but probably close. We had no issues being seated quickly. I cannot eat avocados 🙁, so they brought me out the corn dip served at the restaurant. It was amazing. It was chilly, so I was a bit uncomfortable - I wore my hood up on my jacket most of the time, but that would be my only complaint. We’d do it again.

It’s not under dining, it’s under the enchanted extras section.

Also, I don’t believe it’s offered every day.
My sister and I did it this past September and really enjoyed it.
There were two “sangria sommeliers” for our session so I think the drink orders went pretty quickly for our individualized sangrias.
We really enjoyed it and would do it again.

The tequila tasting at EP was even more fun, but quite a bit more expensive.
