Is there a shuttle available from Sanford to Disney? Cost? Time to get to Disney?

Nope, not really. I believe there is one through Allegiant Air but I'm not certain. You can rent a car or hire a car service. The car service will run about $200, plus tip, r/t. It's almost double the travel time that MCO to WDW is. And, with much fewer people flying in, and out of, Sanford, there is less likelihood of a car service picking up a fare once he drops his first passenger off.
The travel time is about 50 mins. If you decide to rent, the drive is pretty straightforward and easy.

If you're flying Allegiant, their RT shuttle is $62 per person. A car service will run $200 plus tip RT. We use Super Shuttle, google for promo codes & you can get $10-$25 off your fare. We're using them next week for $99 one-way plus tip (we're leaving from MCO). We've also used Tiffany Town Car in the past.
