I hope this is a new beginning for those victims and for all victims, that they will be listened to, and that cases like this won't get buried by people who have the power to stop it.

He's heading to a local jail now, will be strip searched (no comment), and be on a 72 hour suicide watch.

He was found NOT GUILTY of the charges against the victim that Mike McQueary (sp?) witnessed, who did not testify.

On our local tv it said that even though victims 2, 5, and 6 were found not guilty on one count each, he was convicted on other counts involving those victims. He was found guilty against all of the boys.

Jerry's attorney spent more time constantly trying to get all charges threw out.

It doesn't surprise me he'd ask for another house arrest.
