Hey guys any ideas for a good pair of sandels to wear around the park for a day. Something that feels really good on your feet and won't cause a lot or if any blisters, and some what stylish?

Thanx for the suggestions

I've worn Tevas, and they're comfortable enough for a day or maybe 2. After that, though, I want sneakers for the cushioning and arch support.

Generally, I save my Tevas for Animal Kingdom, since you get soaked on Kali River Rapids.

I bought Nike Straprunners after reading about them on this board. It took me a little while to get used to the texture on the bottom of my foot, but once I did, I found them to be very comfortable and easy to walk in.

ditto the Teva sandals. (and that "teva-tan-line" is so popular too! hehehe)

make sure you break them in before you go though!

I'm also a HUGE fan of the Teva flip flops. So incredibly comfortable - I think I own 3 or 4 pairs. :) Actually - I bought a pair of flip flops at Old Navy recently (they are green with a striped "thong" piece) These are comparable to my Tevas (and at 7.50, a dang good price) I much prefer "fabric" flip flops over rubber ones...both these work well for me personally.

Birkenstocks are great. Just make sure you have them fitted properly and you break them in.

Love the Tevas. I bought mine online at Teva.com. I plan on getting them for the kids this year as a few rainy days can put you plum out of shoes at WDW!!! (Not to mention Kali!).

:D

My first choice are Teva's. During my last visit to WDW in 2002, I wore my Teva's about 10 of the 12 days I was there. They're extremely comfortable and they allow your feet to breathe.

I usually rotate the sandals that I wear so that I do not wear the same pair 2 days in a row. I have Tevas but they are old, so I prefer to wear my Nike sandals that offer a lot more support in the feet and are very very comfortable.

they may not be NYC fashion but they are super comfortable around DW. Also, my wedge style flip flops from JCrew are super comfortable and have been through it all with me (many other ppl I know swear by these as well)
