Sanaa bread service on dxddp?

At Sanaa, can one person order the bread service as the appetizer on the deluxe dining plan?

Also, in the menu, there's just one option but I've heard that you can upgrade for a couple of dollars...has anyone done the upgraded bread service on the dxddp as well and is the eligible for one person/credit?

I've looked around and can't find the info. Older menu pictures say service for two, but that's not listed on the current menu.
