I googled it and found this-
Sam's by the Sea (formerly TD Hays)

Sun-Thu 8am-9pm, Fri-Sat 8am-10pm Bands in the bar Wed-Sat 10pm-2am
Sam's by the Sea (formerly TD Hays) is the place for great scenery in PB. The second-level dining room has a wide-open view of the sun, surf and stars perfect for a romantic night out or just for watching the colorful summertime people parade on the boardwalk below. The first-level restaurant is even more casual great for that alfresco brew.
The restaurant serves the usual beach fare at breakfast, lunch and dinner: eggs benedict, breakfast burritos, pancakes, waffles, burgers, BLTs, fish and chips, fajitas, lobster tacos, pasta dishes, chicken wings, crab cakes and a popular prime-rib dinner. A full bar with ten beers on tap, more than a dozen others in bottles and a short, cheap wine list round out the menu.
Like most places in PB, this spot can get pretty busy during the summer months. It is popular with both tourists and locals, especially around sunset. Reservations are recommended for dinner. Many evenings Wednesday through Saturday, Sam's hosts live bands in the bar until 2 a.m.
