I thought I read somewhere that this was going to be closed soon for renovations... but I can't find the information anywhere... can anyone confirm or deny this information ?? TIA!

No, it's the Cantina de San Angel ( the QS outside ). AFAIK, San Angel Inn is not closing anytime soon. We're going March 6th. They did close down one of the areas near it to remodel into the Cava del Tequila. But that is open now.
