Does anybody like this restaurant?
We have eaten at Coral Reef and Alfredo's twice and both were good, but want to try some other places.
I am sure we would not like Marrakesh or Nine Dragons.
Teppanyaki is not open when we are going.
After reading lots of bad or average reviews for the San Angel INn, we decided not to bother this year. We've seen how beautiful the interior is, but that can't compensate for luke warm food and slow service. We'll ride the boats, shop and head back out to the Cantina for beer or Margaritas.
That doesn't leave you much. They have character dining in Norway and I've learned that I don't really care for Norwegian food. It was ..... odd. If the Rose & Crown in the United Kingdom has availability, I'd dine there. The food is good and if you can get a spot on the deck, its a great place to watch Illuminations while you eat. If you do dine there, have the Sticky Toffee Pudding for dessert. YUM!!!
My husband and I first ate at Nine Dragons on our honeymoon, loved it and have gone back every trip since. The food (assuming you like Chinese at all) is really wonderful. The server has always been superb and the food beautifully presented. Even my daughter will eat off the children's menu there: sweet & sour chicken & white rice since the sauce comes on the side for dipping. She actually ate with her chopsticks at 5 years old. She greeted our waiter in Chinese (Nee-how for hello). We made it an experience, not just dinner. If you time it right, request to sit by the windows and watch Illuminations from inside or finish up your meal and head right out front.

This year we're trying Marrakesh. The reviews are very complimentary and all say the food is flavorful but not spicy. I've eaten at other similar places selling Persian food and the atmosphere always makes it for me! My daughter is going to love the music and the belly dancer. I'm hoping to keep her in her seat.
