You can use the $100 gift cards to pay for your WDW/Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line vacation. The $10 bonus cards can only be used at the Disney Store or Disneyshopping.com.

I checked last week in NoVA (Sterling to be exact) and they were still out. I picked up the last 3 mid-August, but since then, this is 1st time I've checked back. So I don't know if they've restocked and are out or if I got the last ones.

So what happens if you have to cancel a trip that you used a gift card to prepay? Would love to do this for my trip in December if I can find the cards local but don't want to be out the money if something happens and we can't go.

It specifically says on it that it CANNOT be used at World of Disney, so I bet it can't also be used at Mouse Gears. It is for DISNEY STORE ONLY, including online purchases.

This is what I was told. I took a couple to the World of Disney store at DTD last month and asked. The CMs didn't know, so directed me to a customer relations CM in the jewelry room. She explained that the bonus cards can only be used at Disney stores in malls and on-line. She also said that if you want to use more than one card for the on-line store, you'd have to call to apply the cards. I haven't ordered anything yet, so I can't verify that's how they work.

If I remember correctly, they said on the back of the card that it was for Disney Store or Disneyshopping.com and also said NOT good at WoD or WDW.

I have read several posts that you can use multiple cards for the online store by calling.

I havent bought them, as our store sold out of the early in the Spring, I do hope they get some in before our trip, the bonus would be nice to buy a few Christmas gifts. And it would save me from having to stop and buy them when I get to the park.

DawnM - can you tell me if saw the gift cards at the Sam's Club next to Carolina Mall? If so, how long ago did you see these cards and where were they at in the store? I went in today and the customer service sent me to a gift card area near the register and I did not see any cards for Disney. I asked the customer service rep if they sold out of them and of course, she had no idea what I was talking about... Have you seen them at any other area Sam's stores?
