Sams Club Discounted Tickets

I was going to purchase discounted Sams Club 4 day park hopper tickets for a friend. Do you know if that is possible? The wording on the webpage makes it seem like I have to be the only one buying the tickets. That I have to be present to turn them into tickets. Any help would be great!

You can get the tickets from undercover tourist for $476 which is cheaper than the Sams Club. Or for $478 you can get a 5 day hopper. We use them all the time and so do a lot of Dis folks
