Sample/Travel Dish Detergent or Laundry Detergent

I had a hard time finding samples size or travel size is Dish Detergent for our cruise.

Mountain Green has sample size dish detergent. They also have sample size laundry soap.

I drizzled my own dish soap on a folded paper towel, let it dry thoroughly, and cut it into smaller pieces. Put the pieces in a zip lock. I used a piece to was out our reusable mugs in our bath room in the cabin. Worked really well and took up no room or weight, no leaking. Others have reported doing the same with sponges. HTH

I just bought a plastic squeeze bottle from the travel aisle and put my own dish detergent in it. It comes in a really small size with a pull top so you can be sure it won't leak

I use the sponge method for both WDW and DCL.

Take a regular sponge, get it good and wet, squeeze all the water out.
Pour liquid dish soap onto sponge.
Let sponge dry out. Flip sponge over every day until it is thoroughly dry.
Cut sponge into pieces. I cut mine into eight pieces.


For laundry, I use the Purex 3-in-1 sheets.

I did this but used the dish soap on a sponge (with a scrubby side) and let it dry. Then I cut it up and put it in a ziploc bag. Worked great.
