Finally got in, got a whole 7 samples (big whoop) and at the very last page it says 'sorry, we're experiencing high volumes' blah blah blah so no idea if my samples went through or not. Oy.

I had such a morning with tire issues that I COMPLETELY forgot about the sample source samples I just tried logging in and got the "we are experiencing a high volume of traffic message..... I will try again in the spring.
Did anyone get an email letting them know that samples were available?

Not me. Just tried randomly once in a while today and lucky to hit a 'door' to get in. Did have to complete another purchase preference/history and shopping questionnaire similar to when I registered last week. I don't know if its possible to maximize your sample selections or not but basically I was open to everything except smoke cessation products and the 'green stuff' products as smoking anything not my jam. Thought strange I didn't get many pet food products but didn't get in this morning so maybe those low in stock now.

For those who didn't get in, maybe just luck of the draw this afternoon. I did have better luck on my ipad than on my android phone for what its worth. Firefox browser. May have nothing to do with it and just hit a lucky break. Good luck!

Nope just checked again and no email. Also their instagram account never went live at 9am - they posted about the computer issues way later in the morning. I just went on the website at 9am and refreshed until I finally got in at 10:55. Guess being retired and having nothing important to do today worked out. I got 10 samples.

Update: Just saw this on their instagram page so maybe people who didn't get in today can try again tomorrow.

Our team has been hard at work the entire day diagnosing a technical issue.

This issue popped up in the very early hours of the morning and we have not been able to fully open ordering yet for everybody.

Unfortunately we still need more time to figure it out and get to the bottom of it as it is very complex with lots of moving parts.

Rest assured that there are LOTS of samples still available (LOTS!), and when the website is fully operational, it will allow you to log in.

No need to message us - we are aware of the technical hiccups and working hard on it.

Additional ordering will not be tonight - as our team will be spending the night focusing on a solution.

Try again tonight if you didn't get in today. I just logged in for my girlfriend and got through and ended up with 13 items. 2 more than I got. I will have to have her share since I got her cheese products and she doesn't do cheese. Bonus for me as she gets what I selected for her.
