Same song same dance at each Ball...

So I have been watching all day and all night....and at each Ball the President and the First lady are dancing to the same song doing the same dance....I keep waiting to see a different dance but not happening....it is starting to make me giggle

Do they like that song and dance or is it the only dance they know how to do? They keep popping in and out from Ball to Ball....each pop in gets shorter and shorter and so is the speech and the dance.

Dunno but I sure hope I don't hear the song "at last" for a long time. They probably feel the same way. Makes me want to gag for them at each ball they attend.

I just noticed that they President Obama is also using the same first line before the dance with Michelle about Dancing with her in her heals....same line, same dance ...same song....why

I bet they just cant wait to get home and get into there Jammie's

I'm watching ABC News and they made a comment about how Obama doesn't like to dance. I'm guessing he just wanted to work with the one song.

I don't think her dress is very conducive to dancing either. If they move around, he ends up stepping on the train and they separate, she pulls the dress away, they laugh, and then dance some more - over and over and over.

Maybe that's why the Dance and song are getting shorter and shorter they said they are an hr ahead of schedule so it's not because they need to rush due to time. Bet they will hear that song over and over in there heads as they try to go to sleep....gee how does one sleep after a day like that

I told DH that I wouldn't be standing at this point in the day, esp not in heels! They have had a long day and will return to a new place with a houseful of giggly girls!

Well it is a huge White House...maybe they will have them on the west wing and they sleep on the East wing... Thats what I would have planned...there girls have also had a very busy day today and last night at the Disney Channel concert.....

yes that would have been a good idea...I mean think of all the dances they still have to do for the public. It got to the point where they were starting to just rest on each other they were so tired.

I bet at the end Michelle said.... "OMG if I had to go to one more Ball and dance to that song one more time and listen to that line you say before every dance once again .....I think I would have had to screem"

It got to the point where I was getting such a kick out of watching if they were going to change there song. I also wonder if Biden and his wife danced to the same song all night...I saw them at one Ball...did they not do other balls also?
