Same perks at DTD hotels as resort hotels?

Do you get one hour early entrance and ability to make PS reservations if you stay at one of the WDW hotels? Thanks.

Early entry is only offered to guests at the Disney hotels, Swan/Dolphin and DTD Hilton. No other DTD hotels have early entry.
