same dining rotation as friends

A friend of ours and her daughter just booked themselves on the same cruise we are on (August 28 Wonder). Is there a way to get the same dining rotation and the same table as them? Who would I call or should I go through my travel agent? Thanks

Have your travel agent link the reservations. You will need your reservation number and theirs. Disney can then link the reservations and make sure you are sitting together. You can check it as soon as you check in because your dining rotation and table number will be on your card. If there is a problem go immediately to where you make dining changes (I don't think you'll have a problem - just making sure you know what to do).

we had no problem getting 5 groups linked together. we just called DCL and asked this to be noted on our reservations.

Even though we were 13 people - our servers joined 2 tables so we could dine together. We knew this was extra work for them and tipped accordingly.

You may have problems if the ship is full and one has early - other late dining rotation. Early seating appears to be more popular and fills up first. Switching from late to early might be a problem...late to early should be very easy.
