Ok, this might seem a strange question - the photo below is of the wallpaper in Salon Mickey. Does anyone know if it's designed by William Morris, it looks similar to his early 20th century arts & crafts designs, but l haven't seen this one before. Last week l asked a CM at Salon Mickey but he didn't know.

Did a bit of googling & there is a company called Bradbury & Bradbury in the US that do heritage wallpapers similar to this, but l can't find this same design. If it was available in the UK l might just create myself a Salon Mickey at home. :cloud9:

That company certainly rings a bell so it probably is the right one. Maybe the design is exclusively for Disney which is why you can't find it?

Anyhow good luck finding it :thumbsup2 they may ship to the UK, not as expensive as from the US, I know, but I had to ship my bathroom wallpaper in from Germany as I couldn't find it in the UK.

I am not sure this is of any use, and you may already know, but I found it interesting anyway!

I used the image as a google search and apparently it is the same, or at least very similar, to the wallpaper used in the Haunted Mansion Foyer in Disneyland (US). Adds a nice dimension to the wallpaper I think :)

I love the victorian decor in the "real world" areas of the park, it is one of the aspects which really puts a Disney park on a different level to other theme parks.

Mr Eddie Sotto, the imagineer who was the head guy for designing Main Street in DLP is hanging out in one thread on another forum. He just chats with people about design and is always willing to answer questions from posters about DLP. You could always go there and ask him about it, you can find the thread here: http://forums.wdwmagic.com/threads/...he-current-state-of-the-parks-part-ii.770938/

I kind of follow it and there are many great tales about how Main Street was designed in it. A great read for when you have lots of time at hand! :goodvibes
