Salmon at Coral Reef??? Please help

My wife, she is not a big seafood person. She like meat, but nothing at Coral Reef is jumping out at her, but she really wants to try it on the next go round. She does like salmon. She has only had it a few times. What is the salmon dish like at this eatery? Will a picky fish eater who likes salmon enjoy it?

I had the salmon there and it was delicious. I am not much of a fish eater otherwise so I think she would like it.

I have not had the salmon, but it does look very good. One of the more visually appealing pieces of fish they serve.

If she can tolerate shrimp, the shrimp and grits is very good.

It's served over a seasonal risotto which was mushroom last fall (awesome) and English pea this past spring (good but you REALLY need to like peas). I'm sure they could serve it over mashed potatoes or something similar. It's a wonderful dish overall
