My seventeen year old son has developed a sudden fondness for salmon. Is there anywhere in Disney to get decent salmon??

It really depends on the season, but I've had wonderful salmon dishes at Le Cellier and the Coral Reef. He might also like to try some sushi offerings at Kimonos in the Swan. If he likes smoked salmon, Raglan Road has a good smoked salmon appetizer.

Artist Point at Wilderness Lodge, pricey buty good.

If you want something more casual (and cheaper), I've gotten salmon at the Sunshine Seasons Food Court at The Land in EPCOT. I want to say it is $9.99 with two sides.

Thank you all so much. He is usually a chicken finger eater,so I wanted him to try something different since he has such a liking for it all of a sudden.

Believe it or not, the salmon on the buffet at the Crystal Palace is quite delicious, and we are usually skeptic about salmon. Would recommend :)

It's the signature dish at Artist point (cedar planck salmon). Excellent.

I was also going to suggest this as well although I do prefer lunch over dinner but they do offer the same type of salmon at both meals and it is REALLY good. It is an Ancho Chile Rubbed Atlantic Salmon and it is consistently excellent.:thumbsup2

I did also like the Cedar Plank Salmon at AP as well however not only is it pricey but it is inconsistent as far as the quality goes. Last time I order it, it was too undercooked and when I sent it back they threw it back on the plank or cooked it so well when I got it back it was like rubber, not happy for a $40 piece of fish...:sad2:

I also like the salmon at FF but didn't care for the fundy of lentils although I think that's changed which would be a good thing (for me at least, not a lentil fan). Le Cellier is good too if you can get an ADR.

The salmon at Le Cellier (dinner) was so good, and like your son I'm also someone who is a new enjoyer of salmon! Here's a pic:

And as suggested above, Artist Point apparently has one of the best salmon dishes. I've yet to try it, but now I want to if I go back there!

Wow! I didnt realize he would have so many places to choose from.We already have an ADR at Crystal Palace so I can tell him to look for it there and I may try to get an ADR at Artist Point since this is a Mother/Son only trip (shockingly none of my other 3 wanted to come) and this may be the last big trip I can have with him since he wants to go to the Air Force Academy next summer. Thanks so much for everyones advice.

The salmon at Tusker House is also delish. I think most of the buffets do salmon pretty well.

THIS! :thumbsup2 I had salmon several places, but the salmon on the buffet at CP was by far the best, it comes with this dill sauce on it that is amazing, and it was cooked perfectly. It melted in your mouth.

The salmon salad that is offered at Grand Floridian Cafe for lunch is one of the best salmon dishes I have had at Disney- I also like it at Sunshine Season, Artist Point, and the Turf Club Bar and Grill had a good salmon salad as well.

I love the nut crusted salmon on Boma's buffet :thumbsup2.

This is one of my favorite things to eat on property. I have also had good salmon at both Crystal Palace (I remember it being topped with tomatoes and herbs) at Tusker House.
