Sales tax at the restaurants?

Does anyone know what the sales tax on food is at the WDW restaurants. Do the counter service restaurants include tax in the price they advertise? I have the menus from wdwig.com and I am wondering when and how much tax I need to add to estimate our food budget. Thanks!

Tax is 6.5% at restaurants.

Here's a little strategy I use to help guestimate for budgeting for sitdown meals:

Tax is 6.5 and tip is 15, so I just figure 20% (1/5 of the bill) and add a buck
