Sale Pending at BWV!

Our offer on a BWV resale was accepted by the seller today!!!After reading other posts regarding ROFR, we're cautiously optimistic that we'll pass.


We were wanting BWV and Our DVC guest was checking availability. But, politely pointing us to all the benefits of SSR. We ended up getting very lucky by seeing a new BWV resale post this pm on another site. It had the points we wanted and the use year was great too.

Since we already have a trip planned for 12/11-12/28, I'm hoping we can switch to a 1bd at BWV instead. I can't wait to try that pool slide with our Dkids!!!

If your offer was for $70.00/point or more, then you should be in good shape. I've been told that it's been months since they've exercized ROFR for anything that expensive. I think since they've moved to SSR and its 2054 expiration date, they didn't feel the need to keep the pricing higher for all the other resorts with a 2042 expiration date. Welcome home. We are Boardwalk owners, and there is a lot to like about it.
