Anyone have any good salary negotiation tactics? I know to sell your skills set and explain why you are worth what you ask for. So I mean like things you have used that worked.
example: I once told an employer I needed either x or y (more than x) and x being what I really wanted and then they felt like they felt like they got a deal since they gave me the smaller amount and I got what I wanted.
