salad recommendations

i just want a light great salad in the parks or resorts for lunch. suggestions?

The stupid mouse should bring back the Skipper Canteen steak salad. The mouse dropped the best menu item and disappoints me.

But you can still get a very nice build-your-ownish salad at Satuli Canteen. Get the salad base and the green onion vinaigrette.

Cobb at Hollywood Brown Derby is very good. I have done that for lunch several times. It's a full size.
I generally do a small salad and an app at other places for lunch- Tiffins has a really good one at AK - it changes( I'll get the octopus also!)
That's probably it for "great salads".
The Plaza has a wedge I had last year that was ok.

Cobb at HBD. Tomato mozzarella plate at Mama Melrose’s was also refreshing. Beet salad at CRT really made my day. So did the watermelon salad at CP in MK. Also, sad, as it’s closed, but the salad at Hoop Dee Doo is my #1 favorite meal of all time in this life (yikes, my life is sad lol)

Subbing-I love a good salad. I used to LOVE the Colony Salad at Liberty Tree Tavern. I'd have it without the chicken, so I'd have room left over for the Ooey Gooey Toffee Cake.

There’s a power salad at Sunshine Seasons at Epcot with quinoa and strawberries and all sorts of yummies, maybe shaved Brussels sprouts? Anyway, it was delicious!

interesting that a lot of what's mentioned are sit down, table service for good salads. for lunch if you want cs healthy salad it sounds like sunshine seasons quinoa or satuli was only mentioned.

I like QS salads for lunch. On our April trip, I got the Southwest salad at Pecos Bill (MK), the Harbor Salad at Tomorrowland Terrace (MK), and the Southwest Salad at Backlot Express (HS). The salads do tend to be on the small side though...

The chopped salad from Whispering Canyon Cafe (Wilderness Lodge) is so good! It has smoked turkey and chipotle ranch. It's only available at lunch though.

ABC Commissary has a great Mediterranean salad (you can get it with grilled chicken). Also, the Greek salad at Primo Piatto at Riviera is a favorite.

Geyser Point had a great salad type dish with salmon, roasted vegetables, quinoa, and a lemon vinaigrette.

Southwest salad at Pecos Bills is good in a QS pinch.

Il Mulino has a great Caesar and caprese.

Pool bars typically offer decent salad as well.
