salad at Food & Wine?

yes I'll be doing some sampling at the booths but to keep the system working I need some salad!
Are there any special salads during the Food & Wine?
wheres the best either TS or CS salads at EpCot?

I recall a really good chickpea salad at one of the carts in 2005 I believe.

Well, kind of salads...some items sit on a bit of greens.
There was a wonderful watermelon salad one year.

Probably not enough salad..you might want to grab one somewhere at a quick serve place.
