So that isn't something that would be in the Club Level Lounge? I'm sure it's cheaper to buy it and bring it from home than buy it in the Marketplace, but didn't know if it was in the lounge or not. Thank you!

Yes..unless they've changed the inventory within the past few years.

Just after they moved the club rooms to the 4th floor, my wife and I stayed there and requested a king bed. We got one...so there definitely were, in the past.

Yes to all the amenities on both sides of the lodge. That's pretty much true of hotel guests, too (aside from the keylocked laundry and gym)...though I think very few make it over to Kidani.

I gotta be honest with you: I've been to AKL/AKV now 8 times (first as a hotel guest and then as a DVC member) and I don't remember movies by the pool at all. They may have them.....we just haven't ever done it and I haven't noticed them on the activity sheets. There were a TON of other activities that we have done, though. Lots of stuff going on around both pool areas and in the lobby of Jambo.

We rented points last year before we became members but I never tried the free internet or movies but I did get to use the laundry room in Jambo for DVC people. It was a nice bonus using the washers for free.

YES, you do get the same ammenities as an owner if you are renting. Yes, there ARE King beds, however, I would put in the request for it.


Also, I know I've seen that they DO have pool movies, however, I'm not sure if it's just a "seasonal" thing? You can ask a CM or check the activities board in the lobby.

I'm sure this has already been asked, but I just don't know where. DGS20 months will be with us on our next trip and he loves apple juice and white grape juice. Do they have that in the lounge? I'm trying to figure out what all I have to bring for him.

I agree with one of the previous posters and email IPO to find out. It has been a couple of years since I have stayed CL level, however, I know that there wasn't any white grape juice. They only had about 3 juices out.

Although I never went to it, they did have movies by the pool at Kidani when I was there last August.
