Thanks Gillian for the info. When we went a few years ago her teacher told us to say she was sick and not to say anything about a trip but it was a shorter cruise. The teacher said she was better off just making up the work she missed so I was just wondering what others do . Thanks, Karen

We use our income tax check and I don't think they get one because they farm. My dad and stepmother, stepsister and her kids went with us last time but my dad and stepmom don't care to go on another disney one and the others can't afford it either. I feel very blessed that we can take these kind of vacations. I just wish we had other people to join us. This is the first cruise that it will be just the four of us so I don't know how we will like it. I think Livie is really looking forward to hanging out with Allie and the other kids but Brian and I are kind of shy around people we don't know and it's hard for us to meet people. I'm glad I joined the cruise meet this time. Maybe that will make it not seem so lonely. My dh and I are more WDW people as my dd's are more cruisers now. My dh and I have found that cruising is a little too slow for our pace being used to WDW and our commando itinerary. We join our friends on Carnival cruises.
