Sailing the Ocean Blue...October 6, 2012 Eastern Fantasy

Things will pick-up shortly. Our youngest is graduating from college in May and it seems like the list is endless in preparation. I think about what I'm going to make for the FE as a diversion, but it's not working. The happy part is my other daughter and son-in-law are going to be joining us. Haven't convinced her to participate on her owe but she said she would help me. Just wanted to let those that are stressing about having room to bring their gifts what I have done in the past. I mailed the box of FE gifts to myself at the ship and it was waiting in my room when I arrived. Got delivery confirmation so I knew when it arrive at the port.

Everyone have a great weekend!

We have done the same thing, except we mailed to the hotel where we spent the night b-4 sailing. Sure makes life easier!

One that isn't on that list is the Cozumel webcam: http://www.cozumelinsider.com/webcam If there was a webcam on Castaway Cay, I never would get off the computer!! :surfweb:

We usually stay @ CI&S or the Radisson the night before. If there are enough people in the same place, we will have a little party that night after dinner. We usually do Grills, but would like to try Fishlips if we could get in. It stays packed all the time!! Does anyone know if they will do reservations for groups?

That is so neat Julie a Sue and Tyler in your family also! Look forward to meeting you also!

Yes, Alan, they do take reservations! Our board for our cruise last Sept had a group at fishlips for dinner! Unfortuantely we missed it because our flight was cancelled and we had to take a later flight and didnt get in to Orlando till after 7.

Maybe we can see who is interested on the board and get a reservation! Would be nice to have a pre cruise meet!

Good! If no one objects, I will take care of getting reservations for Fishlips on Friday night then. There could be anywhere from 10 to 25 people in my group. Not sure just yet where everyone is staying. We are driving so I can shuttle people that don't have transportation to and from dinner.

Delivering the FE gifts sounds like a great idea....maybe I will try that:). I really wish my DD would take nap during the day so I can start thinking on where I am going to get my FE gifts and actually being able to go online and buy them with out ordering 1000 because I was distracted...:lmao:

Sounds like a lot of fun, unfortunately, I will not be able to meet up then:sad:. I am staying at MCO Friday night and using Disney Transportation to Port Canaveral.

Julie,

That sounds great and thank you for wanting to organize it:thumbsup2. Love what you did with MCO's name :) I wish I was one of the lucky ones at MK. Let me know what info you will need from me for a pre-boarding meet.

That does sound like a good idea :thumbsup2 Although we wouldn't be able to take advantage living in the UK the shipping would cost.

We will drive up to Canaveral Saturday morning, and then back home the following Saturday. Of course it is great to live nearby to get there early, but that also means back to reality that much faster! :sad1:

Talked to Sam @ Fishlips. Minimum of 12 people required for reservations. I'm sure that won't be a problem. I requested 5 or 6 pm, but he had to check on availability. Will let y'all know when I know more.
