Sailing concierge with family in non-concierge questions

I know I saw a thread awhile ago a post about this but for the life of me can't find it. My parents, our family (of 5) and my brother's family (of 4) are going to Alaska in June. Our family will be in concierge, but the other 2 won't (unless we can get a cheaper upgrade at arriving on day of) . I know and agree they can't be in the lounge but it's it possible to add them to requests for 1 port excursion? Palo dinner or brunch?

We're in the 1 bedroom if that makes a difference.

The concierge will be happy to handle the reservations for port excursions and Palo for them when they make your reservations.

Yes they will be able to add them to your bookings for excursions or Palo and they can visit you in your room. They just can't go into the lounge.
