Sailing Concierge for the first time

I haven't been on the cruise boards in a long time. I have my second Disney cruise coming up this December and I'm sailing concierge for the first time. Yay! So I'm not sure exactly how sailing concierge works. Is there a special phone number to call about requests? I want to change the dining and ask if we can sit alone. What else exactly comes with sailing concierge.

This coming December 11, 2017? I believe you are well past the 120 day mark. You should have been contacted by shoreside concierge ~125 days prior to embarkation for any requests. Your online check-in date was @ 120 days -- have you done any of that? It's usually done for you by shoreside, but you have to make the requests -- port excursions, adult dining, character meet tickets, tastings, etc. Concierge typically is seated just your party at the MDRs unless you request to be seated with others, so that's ok. You can get on a waitlist to change the dining time; probably that's easy enough for concierge.

Would the concierge team know if I call them what the dining rotation will be for the cruise? I'm trying to figure out what restaurant to request first. Since I have Remy on my third night if it goes in order we'll miss out on one of the restaurants.

On a 4-night, night 3 is usually Pirate Night, so you would be missing that menu. You would still hit all three MDR menus.

Is the restaurant rotation the same for all 4 nights? I'm trying to figure out if it'll be 1231 or 1223 or something like that. If it's the first one we won't ever see that restaurant.

We're doing concierge on a 5 night Western Caribbean on the Magic from Miami on Dec 10th and I emailed them about our dining rotations and she gave me 3 options to choose from, actually, which was nice so I told her what I preferred. The options I was told are:

Sun - Miami - Causal - Rotation L A (Drawn) C
Mon - At Sea - Dress Up - Rotation A (Drawn) C L
Tue - Cozumel - Causal - Pirates A C L
Wed - At Sea - Causal - Rotation C L A (Drawn)
Thu - Castaway Cay - Causal - Till We Meet Again L A C

We decided to go with the first rotation and do Palo on the Wednesday night which means we miss Carioca's but it's our first cruise and from what I've read I'm not too disappointed about that, I'd much rather do Palo... We're travelling with a toddler and think she might enjoy Pirates night so we're going to do that even though I've read a lot of people prefer to do Palo that night instead. Anyway! TL;DR email Concierge lol

I'm really excited and doubt that I'll be doing this again soon. Especially once I'm married to my boyfriend and he can have a say in how I spend my money lol

We love concierge and have a wonderful experience with it every time. I would say our favorite concierge team and lounge was on the Wonder. Glen and Joanne we awesome and the lounge on that ship was very impressive.

The Fantasy is the only ship we have yet to sail in Concierge but the other 3 are all great.
