Wow, what can I say about this cruise line. We have sailed with Disney 3 times. Once on the Big Red Boat, once on the Wonder at Christmas time and once on the Magic. This cruise line really knows how to make their passengers feel welcome ! From the moment you walk aboard this magnificant ship, you experience the magic !!
We sailed last on the Magic on 11/12/05 Eastern. We had grandparents, cousins and old friends with us. None of them had ever sailed with Disney before. I have since spoken with all of them, and they all agree... If they ever cruise again, it will be with Disney !!! They food is great! The wait staff, room stewards, etc all go above and beyond to make your vacation superb. I went to guest services one evening to pay some off on our bill and spoke with a really nice person named Christina from Brazil. We chatted for some time and got to know each other. Later that evening I walked by and noticed my husband also speaking with her. She remembered that I had spoken with her earlier, even before I came across the two of them in their current conversation. I chimmed in with my husband on their current conversation and later that evening when we returned to our stateroom, we had a really nice note from her. She basically wrote how much she enjoyed talking with us and attached to the note was a autographed photo of the disney character's. NOW, how much above and beyond the call of duty is that?? I am telling you, if you want to talk to me about disney cruise line. Just send me a message. I will return them.
We also had a opprotunity to talk with agroup that was aboard taking surveys due to the magic just coming out of dry dock this Oct 05. For taking the time to meet with them, they gave us free drinks and a 50 dollar ship board credit. WOW, can't complain about that either. By the way, the ship looks wonderful!! They have put in a jumbo tronics screen above the pool area and show outdoor movies on it at night and also during the day. How cool is that !! Please consider emailing me. I to have also been on other cruise lines and nothing compares ( in my opinion) to a Disney Cruise

hey sue-i was in your focus group on board (i was the one with the crazed verandah neighbors who kept accusing each other of stealing their stashes-and alternatly leaning over the edge of the boat to try and get us to "climb on over and join in the fun"! ) glad to hear you had a great trip. i got the impression that they realy take note of what is discussed in these groups (i would have loved to have been a fly on the wall when she met with the different age groups of kids later in the day).
