It is still a little far out but the extended forecast is calling for rain on 2/5. What happens to the sail-away party if it is raining? Do they try to move it indoors? Is it cancelled?

In general, what will happen if it also rains in Nassau or CC? Do they try to move everything indoors?

The sail away party gets moved indoors to the atrium lobby. They set up the stage right infront of Lumiere's/Triton's. Don't know about the others, we've always had good weather there.

And just because it's rainy in the morning or when you're boarding doesn't mean that it will be that way when it's time to depart. It rained on us that morning and a good part of the afternoon, but stopped before the life boat drill - the party was up on deck.

It rained at Costa Maya when we were there - the kids didn't want to go out in the rain, so I took them to the Lab and met DH in the Port (I wore my poncho til it stopped raining). It wasn't a big rain, but a hit-and-miss kind of rain.

I have been on two cruises. The first one the weather was beautiful and the sail away party was up on deck 9. It was a lot of fun. Second Disney cruise this past December it was pouring when we boarded. The good news was that we were able to use the Mickey pool after lunch. It was just raining lightly then and there was no one else in the pool. It cleared up a bit but they announced during the lifeboat drill that the sail away party was going to be moved inside. Everything was moved to the atrium. It was fun but not the same. Outdoors everyone was dancing but indoors I think more people were watching and with not as much participation.

We had the Mickey Pool on the Wonder to ourselves.

and ours too was in the atrium lobby. We were not told this at our muster and went upstairs only to have to come all the way back down and be in a very very crowded lobby. We were all standing in a circle around the action and if it weren't disney I would have thought it was a high school fight. I could only see the CM's dancing on the stairs but my DD who was on my shoulders (barely) could see a bit better. I really really needed a massage after that. Some parents let their children crawl amongst all of the people who were standing and I almost was knocked over with Emma on my shoulders. It was not the best and hopefully if we go again the weather will cooperate.
