Safe time for a return flight?

If the cruise ship docks in am... What is a safe flight time home? Just curious.. Usually go back to Disney World for a few days after but don't have the time this year! THANKS!

Disney recommends flight times after 11:30am, but other cruisers have reported success with catching earlier flights.

MCO is about an hour away from Port Canaveral, so factor that plus security time when making your decision.

Definitely recommend trying to get something early in the afternoon. Our Delta flight home was booked for 1345 hrs but we checked yesterday and it's been bumped forward to 1205 hrs. If we had booked something earlier and it got pushed forward like this, it would've been a scramble to try to make it. As it is, I am very thankful we can do on-board check in the last night of our cruise so we can skip the check in process at the airport as well as not hunting for our suitcases at the cruise terminal after disembarking.
