I am having difficulties with the Safe Passage website. I am trying to register my card today. They find the cruise ok. But when they say they emailed me a code to continue, I have no email. I had it resent. I went out and came back in. I checked my junk folder, nothing. It has been 30 minutes and no email. Anyone else have trouble? I don’t even see contact information for help.

I did call their 877 number. Waiting on a call back.
 
Yikes! The Safe Passage website has our reservation, but the person I talked to at Safe Passage says he can’t see it. He said I may have to wait a couple days. Boy am I nervous! We leave for WDW tomorrow. Can you still register your vaccination card with only an iPhone? What if they never find it? Can I still cruise? The person on the phone was pretty short with me And said I can register the card at port. Is that true?
 

This happened to me as far as asking for a code… I literally had to push the resend code button 3or 4 times before it came through in my email. I hope you get everything resolved!

I used my iPad for safe passage. I saved my vax cards in my pictures and uploaded them easily. They were approved within a few hours. Hope you get it resolved.

I am using my iPad too. Still no luck this morning. I think I clicked that link to send the code a hundred times. I wonder if our online check in status is the problem. I completed it right away when we booked Thursday morning. But it is still showing pending review. We have already received our stateroom assignment. Guess I will take pictures of our vaccination cards and store them to download, if we can ever get it to work. Thanks!
 
Sorry you are having so much trouble with this. It is not a very good website and I’ve struggled with it twice now- especially getting the code. One thing I can tell you is it is NOT the fact that your online checkin still says “pending.” That is typical until a few days before your cruise sales. The code issue is a common one. Particularly difficult for Comcast accounts. I had to go in and adjust the security settings several times to allow the safe passage domain name and the actual email address before I finally could receive the code, and even then I had to resend the code 3 times. Wish they would just send the code to our wireless phones but no such luck. Hope you get this sorted and enjoy your cruise!

You are so right. DH decided to try to set up his account and the code was sent right away. So we realized that my email might be blocking them. Sure enough that was the case. The site wasn’t listed as blocked. But as soon as DH made Secure Passage a trusted address, it came right through. All set on the accounts and loading the cards. Hope we are good to go now. Thanks!

Glad to hear it. Now all you have to do is go enjoy! When are you sailing?
 
This and other reported problems with Safe Passage make me believe that Disney should extend the length of time you have to register and send documents. Right now it's 15 days. If there are any problems, the pressure and anxiety are on the passenger to resolve them quickly. Why not open registration with SP 45 or 30 days before sail date?
