I just checked my email and today is 15 days from the cruise. Apparently I didn't have to re-do the Safe Passage stuff. Everything was automatically approved and it gave me instructions to complete early testing. At least someone knows how to run an IT system. :rotfl2:
Also, we cruised in June, so maybe that's why?

Proof of vaccine uploaded to safe passage for a prior DCL cruise is retained in your safe passage account and will be automatically approved for any future DCL cruises.

Mine said the same - got the same email. However, when I went into my safe passage account, the new cruise reservation number wasn’t in there. The system was using an old cruise reservation number. I had to add the new one.

Thanks I will go check.

I was going to say the same thing. Glad I wasn’t the only one. I had put my new reservation number in and finished everything and when I rechecked I was approved. BUUUT, It defaulted to a previous cruise. So folks watch that drop down list.

Ultimately, you'd have to log in any way and link your reservation in order to upload test results, so in the end it would be fine. But yeah, even though I got the email today too, we still have to add the new reservation number. This is our third post-Covid sailing so it's nice to not have to enter it since that first one.

Yes we have sailed twice before since covid restart and it saves your information so I too was also automatically cleared to arrive at the terminal this am around 7 am ET. It felt great to have to do nothing actually but log into their system and see the clear to arrive sign. Now all I need is a clear to sail and it will be jumping for joy.

I will not lie - this pre cruise testing while I don’t mind it - it does give additional pre cruise anxiety about false positives or asymptomatic positives. However that is our current system and so it is what it is.

We had to reschedule, new cruise is under 15 days out and I got email that 'Vaccination Document is Approved'

Where do you update the cruise details? For life of me cannot see where you update........ I just see "There is no active reservation".

You need to add the new cruise reservation number to your safe passage account. After you log on to safe passage, there should be an option that says "View/Add" or maybe just "Add".

From the login screen, try clicking "Register New Guest/Add New Reservation". They are very hard to get a hold by phone and my last email to them went unanswered.

Thanks, that works - I was logging in and then expecting to add reservation
