Hello!!
My son and I have the documents for the 90 day recovery status. I do not see where to upload the docs into safe passage. It seems it just wants me to show my vaccine card. Thanks for any help you can give me!!!

If I’m remembering correctly (I just did this but I’m testing not doing the recovery letter so I may be off here) you’ll need to upload your vaccine card first to get the “clear to arrive”. When the vaccine card is approved it’ll open options for you to to complete testing through inspire/safe passage, upload 3rd party test documentation, or upload the 90 day recovery letter to get the “clear to sail”.

After you upload the photos of your vaccine cards, it will pop up below as an option to apply for 90 day recovery status. Then you can submit your test results and recovery letter.

Does anyone have experience with how long it takes for the 90-day letters to be approved? We uploaded them last Friday and they're still pending approval. (As is my son's vax card.) Thanks!

Ugh, thanks. I guess I'll wait a week and email if I don't get approval by then.

ETA: Literally just got the approval email, lol. I guess they saw my post. ;)

Still waiting on son's approval.

Just trying to make sure I understand everything in advance of our November cruise. We are now in the 90 day window and will be testing a few times before the cruise to check if we test positive in advance. My understanding is that we cannot actually create a safe passage account until 15 days prior to the cruise. So if we test positive within the 90 days we should just get all the required information together and will need to wait until we are able to upload the information onto the safe passage web site?
