Safe areas for house rental

I am looking to rent a house in Disney area for a family of 8 with couple pets. It's been 12 years since we have been to Disney usually stay on property but probably better to be in house for number of people and pets. Recommendations for safe area close to Disney.

Really can't escape crime in ORL.
Look at CHAMPIONS GATE, DAVENPORT, HAINES CITY, SOUTH CLAIRMONT, Kissimmee close to hey 27
TONS of house to rent. Normally pets are not a issue. Expect a pet fee. Most houses have fenced yards.
Traffic is horrible. Just plan for it.
