It's better that he was captured alive so that they can interrogate him and hopefully get important information.Maybe we can finally put to rest the subject of weapons of mass destruction. What a gift for the world. This truly is a festive season now. My prayers and thoughts are with our soldiers and their families and the people of Iraq.

This is a fabulous morning!!! Congratulations to all of the service men and women....their hard work has paid off!!

Prayers for them still that they will make it back home safe ....and hopefully soon!

This is great news, and it is even better that none of our forces were injured or killed during the capture! I just can't believe that he is finally captured! I definately think this will secure Bush as president for the next four years!

I woke up this morning and flipped on the news. I was so out of it that I thought that they had caught Bin Laden instead. Sadam kind of looks like Bin Laden now. (ugh)

Anyhoo I'm glad that they caught him!

We may disagree on much regarding this war RM, but we can agree on this. Let us hope that Saddam's supporters finally end their attempt to take back power and our troops can breath a little easier.

It's great they got him alive! Now he can go on trial, just the same as Milosevic is right now! Now, to find Bin Laden and we can really celebrate!
