I am so sorry for your loss. I had tears in my eyes reading your post.

I wish I could take away your pain and bring your beloved friend back to you but all I can say is that I am thinking of you...

I'm sorry to hear about your dog. Your poor father, what a difficult ride that was.

I've lost five of my German Shepherds over the years and it never gets any easier. I was devastated with each loss, and I still miss them all very much. Each will always hold a special place in my heart.

I'm glad you have another dog at home. I think that makes it a little bit easier than having no pets left. Glad you can find some comfort here.

I'm sorry for you loss.

I lost my guinea pig and kitty cat. Bubbles (guinea pig) just died in her sleep, one morning we woke up and she has passed away. Mr Boots (cat) got very pale gums and tongue and he became very weak. He would just stay in one position, which used to never happen, so we took him to the ER vet, and they said she had Cat Leuchemia and it would be best if we just put him to sleep. So after careful consideration we thought it best to do so...I cried and had a rough couple of days..but eventually you feel better.

Our other animals got sad also. I think our Golden Retreiver sinced something was wrong with Bubbles.

Thanks again for all the hugs. It's getting easier little by little. It definitely helps having our other dog still here. I don't know what I would do if I didn't have him here to hug and love. I know it will get easier and it's comforting to read others posts about their losses. Thanks again to all!
