We bring bottled water too, but most of the "Gallon" jugs have lids that will "Pop" off (once opened) easily and could get spilled, so we get the cases of bottled water (20 oz). However, I hate opening and pouring 3 - 4 bottles of water into my coffee pot, plus we end up with a gazillion partial bottles all over the camper with the famous statements "Who's is this?" or "Which one is Mine?" and everyone being afraid to catch that uber contagious disease from another family member, end up leaving them lying around. (I, however will dump clean/clear looking partial bottles in my coffee pot so as not to waste it. Not worry about the Lysteria or other diseases as I have an old style "Perc" kettle so it will be well boiled/killed)
This past year, I flushed and flushed and flushed and flushed my system even with bleach water. It got "better" but I could still taste the RV Anti-freeze. I guess I will know in a few months how well the "Blowing the lines" works and/or the "Mistakes" I may have made.
